Government Finance Demystified

This fun and interactive course starts with a humorous video starring John Cleese, of Monty Python fame, and includes hands-on exercises.

  • How to talk about an organization using business lingo derived from the three key financial statements
  • How budgets are created and maintained

  • How to determine a decision’s impact on fund balance and cash
